PT

Training was AWESOME ytd. And the best part is probably the PT session aft the game. 5 10 15 of pulls up. 15 30 standard push ups. 40 30 30 of situps. Aft that I can totally feel my abs. Naise!

I continued doing the cha ma for a minute with the Nyp ppl and also reached for the highest point by jumping for at least 30 times. After the session, I felt healthy but the prata after that spoil it. Lol! I still have that tummy blunging out.. I think I really need to eat lesser as in not to eat 1.5meals everytime! :(

good food is probably my weakest link!

I hope saturday training will be just as great. Glad that oxy will be joining us for the first training too. Yay!

By not expressing your affection doesn't equivalent to how much that person meant to you. But it just makes a person in love feels happier with it. That's something I failed to do before. Anyhow, I am what I am.
