If you realize I haven been cooking for a long time, don't mention about those dishes that I always cook like glutinous rice, pasta. What I'm saying here is exploring new dishes, things I nv cooked before. I love to cook, and I really meant LOVE. Maybe more of the anticipation of how it gonna turn out to be.
So this time round I decided to give it a try with BKT and it turned out not that bad for a first timer but a lil salty. Wanna try cooking cereal prawns again. Shall see how it goes. :) I would normally be v carefree during the holiday period, and the mood of cooking will therefore kick in too.
If only I have an oven at home, I would bake many many things too. But my house in such a messy state, oven will just make things worse. Oh well.
Two more weeks to JAPAN! :)
